This one turned out really well. Sometimes I get busy doing something totally unrelated and bake it a little too long. Nothing worse then dry cake but this cake was perfecto.
My recipe is from a book I bought in the 60's when I was in high school. Yeah, yeah, do the math. This is the BEST frosting for a Red Velvet Cake. If you are using the cream cheese recipe try this one just once and you'll be hooked!
I have made some changes over the years and hope you will love this recipe too.
