Quick and Delish Fall Dinner

Hello Friends~ ~ ~
Pasta for dinner. We love pasta, how about you?
This is one of Rachel Rae's recipes. She calls it Cabbage and Straw.
I know, it doesn't sound like a winner but
I have made this recipe many times
and we love it. So please give it a try.

A pot full of Cabbage and straw.
Can you believe a pasta recipe with potatoes in it?
Also, she suggests Savoy Cabbage but I have
used our local cabbage and love it even more.

A nice plate of pasta with a beautiful light
glass of Woodbridge Riesling.

I'm finally getting into the feeling of Fall
and replacing my summer decor with
Fall leaves and pumpkins.
So heres to Fall~ ~ ~now that the temps
are to be in the 90's this weekend!

This sweet pumpkin has come out every year
to celebrate the fall season for many years.
I am joining Michael Lee at Designs By Gollum for
Foodie Friday.
Click over and see whos making what today.
I'm also linking to Cindy at My Romantic Home
for Show and Tell Friday.
Thanks gals!
Wishing all of you a Happy Fall Weekend!

I know, pasta and potatoes sound like a funny combo, but Italians do it all the time. I love cabbage, so thanks for tuning me into the recipe.

This looks like an interesting dish...what did you do for protein? I always need to add protein with pasta or it doesn't stick with me! Rachael Ray does have some "yummo" recipes, doesn't she!
Have a beautiful day~
