Bright and Shiny

Greetings Friends~ ~ ~

I scored big this weekend at an antique shop in upstate Pennsylvania.
We took a little vacation and of course I had my eye opened for Antique shops.
I love this pattern and just could not pass it up. The knives and forks are hollow and are 6 sided. It feels really good in your hand.
I feel like Bill must feel when he gets a great deal.
You know how he finds the best buys.
All this for $20.
Looks like I need some silver polish.
What is your favorite silver polish? Many years ago I got rid of all my silver and now I am in need. Please leave a comment and share with me what you like to use.

I am participating in Met Monday and Susan is our lovely host.
Please visit her at Between Naps On The Porch.

Can't wait to see how it looks all Bright and Shiny!

Thanks for stopping by and for your assistance.

What a lovely deal. The silver is beautiful!! I recently bought an incomplete set (service for 7...lol!) for $40.00. I also collect pieces to mix and match So it is a coincidence that last week I polished the 35 pieces and yesterday I polished half of the mixed pieces (a bit over service for 16, yeah...wow!) Someone recommended Wrights and that is what I have been using. You don't have to rub really hard. My polished pieces look outstanding!

Well, congratulations on your new set. I'd love a deal like that but I think I have too much already. BTW, mine is silver plated, not silver...maybe someday!! ;-)

What a steal of a deal! I like the simplicity of the pattern. I also use Wright's; it is the best.

Hello, this is Yoli. I want to sincerely thank you for recently posting comment on my old blog, Apron of the Month Club. Your words of faith and encouragement are very special to me especially with our sudden relocation news and increased stress.

The company I work for is relocating my job to a new city by January 1st. I also co-own an online boutique with my sister Jessica, and we have decided to professionally seek solo creative directions. So, I am opening up a new online boutique and new blog. I look forward to God opening new doors. My kids and are excited about new adventures.

Please know that I read each and every comment you post. They are my inspiration and confirmation of God’s love. Please add me to your list of blogs that you follow.

God Bless You!
Yoli
