A few days ago I was contacted by the lovely Ashley at CSN. Would I be interested in CSN sponsoring a Giveaway on my blog she asked? Are you kidding! I was not familiar with CSN but have come to learn that they have many websites. Quite a few have to do with the things we love for our homes and entertaining. There is a website that sells all the name brands of Bar stools and Furniture that you all know and love. Then there is their cookware site that I just adore. There is a site where you will find the most amazing mail boxes I have ever seen. There is even a site that has pet supplys.
Well, remember I said that I loved their site filled with cookware?
The first picture is my favorite pie.
Banana Creme Pie with Pecan Crust
The next two are from Bon Appetit.
made in France by Emile Henry?
Have you ever cooked in Emile Henry's ceramic pie plates and casseroles? I have been using Emile Henry baking dishes for many years. I began using them when Martha Stewart talked about how much she enjoyed using them. They are amazing at perfectly browning your crusts. You will love the results when you bake pies in them.
The picture above is the giveaway pie plate you will receive if you are the winner!

Put a pie on the table and suddenly you have a party. Yes, a pink pie plate would make a pie extra special. You chose some of my favorites.
Susan
I'm not the best baker in the world, but I do like a good lemon meringue or applie pie. I think I would do one of those two. Perfect color for this time of year, too!

Such a pretty pink.
Thank you for stopping by and keeping me honest to my plan! I will post pics of the completed project.
Oh, I just want to say that the dish is beautiful but do not want to participate - I live in paris, it wouldn't be fair!
What a beautiful pie plate and all of your pies look just wonderful. I also like banana, but I would bake a chocolate. That is the perfect pie plate to bake it in. I am a follower also. Hugs, Marty
You couldn't have caught me at a better time, I am about to start baking for our son, who is coming this weekend. His favorite pie is French Apple, topped with Pecans. Truth betold, I'm missing one of my pie plates, guess it never made it back to De. after it went up to Pa.filled with a pie. So yes, a new pie plate would be nice to win.
Thanks for the invite.

I went to Cookware.com. I have been there before, that is a nice place. I really need some new pots and pans and I saw All-Clad was on sale, but if I get it I will find it on the bargain shelf at TJMAXX. :)
Love that pie plate...a cherry pie would look good dressed in pink...
I would bake an incredible Lemon Meringue pie in that plate is I am chosen!
Thanks for stopping by my blog today.
I love pink. It's my fave color. I would bake a pupkin pie in it for sure. Then maybe a pecan.
Thanks for stopping by the Yellow House! I read through your blog and OH MY! you have a beautiful home, very creative and you have some beautiful dishes! I love my stove also-it works so good and holds so much. I would definately make a summer kitchen. That would be a dream come true for me. Go for it! And show pictures. :)
btw-my parents live in Reading, PA. Everytime I visit, I want to buy an old stone Amish farmhouse with a creek running through the property and never return home!

Hello there! Thank you for coming to my blog! You just happen to catch me in the middle of a type of post I usually don't do...please come back and enjoy my usual welcome, tomorrow! You have a lovely blog as well! Anita
Cran-apple!
Apple pie; my mother-in-law's recipe!
Mmm...I would make coconut cream pie in that pretty pie pan. It's our favorite!
Per the pie choice- this time of year I'm all over Lemon Meringue and I can't help thinking about how gorgeous that gilded pillow top would look with that scalloped edge. A very close runner up? Chocolate Cream Pie. Maybe it's a tie.
Just started following, by the by, and was pointed in your direction by ButterYum!
I would be making some Rhubarb pies all summer long with this baby!
I'm a new follower! hooray for more fun blogs!
I am madly in love with Le Creuset pots and pans. In green (today) tomorrow I will probably want yellow. This indecisiveness in color is holding me back :)
Also- I'm realizing that I've gotten by long enough with a mini Cuisinart. It's probably time to make all my stuffings, pie crusts, soups in one batch. http://www.cookware.com/Cuisinart-DFP-14BC-CUI1023.html
Oh, let's see....I'm thinking that pie plate would be WONDERFUL holding a quiche. Or maybe a gorgeous baked frittata. Or a chocolate silk pie (how gorgeous is chocolate brown with pink?!!)
Ahrisha, we just signed on as followers! Heading over to check out that site!
That didn't take long! I'd love to add to my All-Clad copper core pots. And I'd love to get a KA stand mixer for my daughter-in-law. Great website!
I love the pink pie dish and anything to bring awareness to Breast Cancer is dear to me. I would make a Baked Alaska in the dish, because the Meringue looks gorgeous in that dish.
OK, I am now a follower!
I visited the website and I would love to own the enitre All Clad Cookware. They have some good clearances, I will definitely go to their site again. Thanks for sharing it with us.
OK, I blogged about your giveaway on my site www.seeyousoonparis.blogspot.com. Keeping my fingers crossed!
I see why you liked the painting on my blog( I always wished I could get a close-up too) ... great site... glad to stop by!!
#1 - Wow, that is so pretty. I am a horrendous baker, but I try every year. I think I would make a strawberry pie. I have a recipe, but I'm too scared of ruining an entire pie. I feel like other baking items are easier to toss, but a pie is so much more time-consuming and crushing when it comes out poorly.
#2 - I am publicly following. :)
#3 - I would love a breadmaker (Oster 58-Minute ExpressBake Breadmaker - 5838). I just hesitate because I don't have the room to store and, as I've mentioned, would find a way to ruin it OR would find a way to eat 4 loaves a week - either way disastrous. Maybe one day I'll be brave enough.
#4 - I have posted on my blog.
My favorite pie is a silk chocolate tofu pie with my MIL's crust. I love pink too! Thanks for the giveaway. Denise
I checked out the website and I would say they have a lot of kitchen tools and gadgets I liked.
I've just started making pies with my very first apple pie a few weeks ago. So if I get the pie plate, I will definitely make a chocolate pecan pie, one of the most delicious things my grandmother makes.
And I am a follower!
From the web site, I adore the Le Creuset 9" Square Baking Dish with Bonus 5" Baking Dish in Caribbean. How fun is that color?! I made need it now, actually...
I would have my daughter make one in it (she is 13) - maybe apple.
-Trish

I'm about to have a throwdown with some friends for the best French Silk Pie, but apple is my favorite, that beautiful pie plate looks more like an applie pie plate, but both would be great too, not at the same time! ;)

In 33 years of marriage I have never owned a soup tureen, so it's high time, don't you think? I just found the girliest one I have ever seen on the website, 'Southern Splendor Swan Tureen' by Kathy Ireland! Would look beautiful with my aforementioned blueberry pie in that pink pie plate...
Ok, now I realize that I could have included this on my other post. I have been to the cookware website and my favorite thing to get is Le Creuset 5.75-Quart Oval Casserole with Lid in Cherry - PG1140-3667SKU #: LEC1237. How is that for a discription. I love to cook and have most all thing, except the pie plate and this piece of La Creuset.
